Specialty workshop brought to you by CrossFit Asana.  Yobility combines yoga with mobility techniques to, not only improve your asanas, but also to improve your posture, range of motion and overall functionality.  In this workshop you will learn myofascial release techniques that you can utilize along with your daily practice and work outs to immediately improve your mobility.  These techniques are easy to grasp and will create a significant difference in your workout movements, posture and daily routine.

WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE WORKSHOP

This workshop will provide women with basic self-defense knowledge. You’ll learn psychological awareness, strategies & physical techniques that enable you to resist an attack. Hands on techniques & holds will be utilized to guide students through escape techniques and valuable procedures for personal safety.  (Ages 13+)
