This workshop will highlight the proper alignment, core engagement, breathing, technique, and movements for beginners who want to increase “absolute strength.” Learn the benefits of adding a “strength component” to your current training.

WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE WORKSHOP
w/ Ari Kantor
This workshop will provide women with basic self-defense knowledge. You’ll learn physical techniques that enable you to resist an attack, psychological awareness and strategies. Hands on techniques & holds will be utilized to guide students through escape techniques.

The Hip Yobility Workshop will teach ways to create more mobility for the hips. This workshop will teach yoga movement for the hips and myofascial release that can be done at home. Benefits of the workshop include more comfort in the hips, more mobility, better strength and release. These benefits lead to better CrossFit movement for squats and lunges, as well as, reducing pain in the hips, back and knees, etc. The benefits are endless!
