CROSSFIT POWER UP

This class is designed for those who wish to take their CrossFit knowledge to the next level.  Learn harder & stronger movements under the guidance of our excellent trainers.  Please note that a background of CrossFit or CrossFit Asana is required for this class.

CFA SELF DEFENSE COURSE

This class will provide students with basic self-defense knowledge.  You’ll learn physical techniques that enable you to resist an attack, psychological awareness and strategies.  Hands on techniques & holds will be utilized to guide students through escape techniques.  This is a 6-week class available as an add-on or class package.  Class dates will be announced soon, so stay tuned. 🙂

VINYASA YOGA & MOBILITY

A free flowing approach to yoga where students will focus on breath and body while continuously transitioning through a variety of yoga poses.  Classes will focus on varying themes and offer strength, flexibility, concentration and balance.  This class will often teach active release techniques for tight muscles by utilizing a unique combination of self-massage, bodyweight exercises and deep stretching.
